Who are you? What do you do in the industry?

hi i’m emwell and im just another fan of the culture and up & coming artists :)

What advice do you have for upcoming artists trying to break into the industry?

be a fan first always and actually engage with the community. there’s a difference between covering the culture and being apart of the culture. took me years to pop off but before that I was really just doing the same thing going to every show, enganging in reddit communities, twitter, IG, etc.

I’ll always just be another fan at heart. Once you become so tapped in and feel like you can be a voice that’s when you start creating content.

What’s the biggest turning point in your career trajectory?

When OGM hired me from reposting one of my tik tok videos in 2021. I was posting everyday on tik tok for like nearly 2 years straight gained 150K followers in that time then OGM posted one of my videos on IG and i messaged them to collab and the rest was history.

Thats why i always tell people your one video, one song, one message, one anything away from your life changing.
