Who are you? What do you do in the industry?

I’m Camden, I’ve been having fun running Instagram pages since I was 13 and was hired to help run UGS’s IG when I was 14. When I was 15, I started For the Speakers with a goal to build the coolest and highest-quality music outlet out there. Now, at 18, I’m still working for UGS, and continuously building FTS to be brand I dreamed of at 15.

What advice do you have for upcoming artists trying to break into the industry?

Keep your head down while you grind and try to make connections. You just gotta show that you’re down to earth & personable and people in this industry (full of snakes) will appreciate that. Let your work speak for itself.

What’s the biggest turning point in your career trajectory?

My career trajectory has been gradual and consistent with the epic rise of FTS & UGS. My biggest turning point is yet to come.
